Judgement is inevitable in the walk of life. You might be the kindest person in the world, you would still be judge wrongly, and curly. Sometimes the judgement are cloaked in the long explanation of "good intention". Regardless of the motivation, judgment always hurts. It causes sadness and sows seeds of bitterness in relationship/s. However, a moment of pause and reflection can save you from the pain and might even as well help you to grow as a person. So, if you ever find yourself ensnared in the loop of other's judgement and shrinking, try to recognize two things:
Is there truly anything in me that is causing the judgement? Is it something that I too believe that I should change about myself? Is the change going to help in the long run?
Is the judgement nothing but the delusion or the projection of the other person?
Once you identify the underlying truth, ultimate thing is to forgive.
